Requirement for an experienced fit out Estimator

Perth Metro project

Overview:

My client is a Perth based construction, fit-out and management company who has been carrying out projects across WA for the past decade.

Their current portfolio of work includes office and retail fit out, new build office block construction and a handful of high end residential projects. Further more they are waiting for a large number of projects associated with the schools stimulus to be awarded.

They are a quality driven company and looking to attract a top end, experienced Project Manager.

Role on offer:

I am looking to speak with experienced Western Australia based Estimator who has up to date experience working on commercial build and retail fit out projects.

You will be on a Perth based project focussing on fit out projects in the Metropolitan area.

Should you apply?

You will come from either a strong trade background or possess a tertiary qualification in Construction Management or equivalent and be able to display a proven track record in Commercial build or fit out projects.

You will be based in WA.
