Overview:

My client is a Perth based construction, fit-out and management company who has been carrying out projects across WA for the past decade.

Their current portfolio of work includes office and retail fit out, new build office block construction and a handful of high end residential projects. Further more they are waiting for a large number of projects associated with the schools stimulus to be awarded.

Roles on offer:

At this stage there is a requirement for an experienced Estimator to join their Perth based team.

Projects will be to a value of around $20 million and will typically range from $5 million to $20 million. You will be expected to pull together estimates for both construction and potentially fit out contracts using Excel spreadsheets.

You will be instrumental in the continuous development of this organisation, driving them forwards into 2010.

Should you apply?

You will ideally come from a Quantity Surveying background and possess a tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying and be able to display a proven track record in commercial build and fit out estimates.

You will be based in WA.
