My client has been leading the way in high-end residential home building sector for almost 15 years. A major key to their success has been their staff and ongoing emphasis on assisting customers in designing their ideal home with product end dollar values in excess of $4 million. They have a consistent work flow and stability and they take great pride in its people and their career progression. Currently they are looking for an Estimator / Scheduler to join their team.

Ideally you will:

• Come from an Estimating or Scheduling background
• Have at least 3 years experience in a residential sector
• Have great understanding of the construction industry
• Have the ability to read and interpret plans
• Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Have strong time management and organisational skills
