Individuals who are motivated and determined will get the opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities.
The successful applicant will posses;
5 years drafting experience with a residential builder
Strong PC skills, experience in ArchiCAD and or Autosketch
Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
Professional approach to your work
A proactive and analytical approach to problem solving
Excellent negotiation skills
Excellent time management and orgainsational skills
Great attention to detail
