Our client is one of Western Australias most respected and most successful new home builders, specialising in single and double story homes for the first, second and third homebuyers. They have a history of industry dominance, and continue to set the benchmark for excellence throughout the Perth market. Due to their continuing success they are currently looking for an experienced CA / Pre Start Consultant to join their team.
You will be responsible for:
A small team of CA's
Coordinating Pre-Start meetings
Preparing ????? ????? documentation
Liaising with clients and other departments within the business
Ideally you will possess;
Minimum of 3 years experience in Pre Start or Customer Service with a residential builder in Perth.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to liaise with all levels within an organization
Excellent computer skills
Well developed administration and time management skills
