Personal Assistant/Admin

    As Personal Assistant your primary function will be providing support to the Director and Senior Management.

     Other responsibilities include:-

    • Diary management and co-ordination of meetings
    • Document preparation
    • Database management
    • Shared reception duties
    • Organising lunches and functions
    • Client liaison

    Essential skills:

    • Strong coordination, organisational and time management skills
    • Professional communication skills both written and verbal
    • Attention to detail
    • Excellent work ethic and team player
    • Advanced MS Office skills including Dictaphone
    • Professional presentation

    Hours of work will be 8.15am - 5.30pm and the successful applicant must have their own transport.  To commence 23 November 2009.

     

    Previous experience in a similar role is essential
