Strong growth has now created the need for an experienced Business Services Supervisor/ Assistant Manager to take on the responsibility of managing the team of Accountants so that the Partners can concentrate fully on further business development.

You will be charged with motivating and managing a small team and be reviewing the work of the accountants. You will also be taking a hands on approach with clients by providing them with advice and tools to grow their businesses and become more profitable.

The successful applicant will be a CA or CPA with significant experience in the profession and posses a consultative nature. They will have considerable supervisory and management experience and be looking for a role in an environment that is unique. This Practice has a wonderful name in the Perth market due to its proven track record of success and also because its staff totally enjoy working for the Firm. A flexible approach to staff management focuses on support and encouragement rather than ruling with an iron fist.
