With over a decade in operation our client has built a solid reputation servicing the resource industry across Australia. Due to rapid growth they are currently looking to appoint a Financial Accountant to assist their Senior Accountant with the smooth running of their finance function including the day-to-day management of a small team.

Key responsibilities will include preparation of monthly reports, assistance with budgeting/forecasting, BAS/ FBT and the implementation of internal controls and procedures. You will also liaise directly with the senior management team and supervise several Bookkeepers.

To be successful you will offer financial accounting experience gained in a commercial environment, combined with a proactive and self motivated attitude. A degree in Accounting, CA/CPA qualifications and training in professional practice will also be an advantage.
