Our client are a subsidiary of a large US owned organisation with an excellent reputation within the Retail/ Wholesale and Manufacturing ????? ?????. Working in state of the art offices based north of the river, you will have the chance to drive their finance function and work closely with their General Manager for Australia.

Reporting to the GM and their US parent company you will take responsibility for:

• Financial and Management reporting
• Preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Business analysis and subsequent recommendations for improvements
• Team management development and ongoing training
• Overseeing internal/external Audits
• BAS/ GST / FBT
• Liaison with external Accountants for all other taxation matters
• Implementation of internal controls and procedures
• Business planning and projections

To be successful you will offer:

• CA / CPA / CIMA qualifications or equivalent
• A proactive nature with the ability to interact with colleagues across the business
• Exposure to USGAAP would be an advantage
• Previous commercial experience in a senior accounting role
• Wholesale/Retail and or Manufacturing ????? ????? also be advantageous
