    UWS Office of Public Affairs leads activity to develop the image, branding, positioning and marketing of the University. It ensures effective promotion of the University of Western Sydney through the development of strong relationships with key stakeholders including prospective undergraduate (school leavers, non-school leavers) and postgraduate students.
     
    This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is eager to learn, grow and lead a small team to work with the University as the Prospective Student Team Leader, representing the UWS brand within the schools sector.
     
    This is a ‘hands on’ role requiring ????? ????? who is passionate about education.
     
    You will have a demonstrated experience in managing a team that delivers high quality client services in a cost-effective manner. You will also demonstrate leadership, people management , team building skills and you may already be working in a similar marketing/promotions role in another industry sector.
     
    The Team Leader will lead a team which delivers a superior service experience to prospective students and their influencers on behalf of the University and manage resources and priorities as they relate to the Prospective Adviser Team.
     
    You will be primarily responsible for formulating and nurturing ????? ????? High Schools (especially in the Greater Western Sydney catchment) with School teachers and students. Other responsibilities will range from face-to-face student recruitment initiatives through to developing and implementing marketing campaigns. Marketing experience will be highly regarded.
     
    Travel and work outside of normal hours will be required from time to time.
     
    To be successful in this role, you will need to be self motivated and be detail focussed, creative and most importantly a people-person with experience in leading, managing and motivation a small team.
     
    You will also have high standards, be degree qualified, passionate about developing your marketing knowledge and skills, and enjoy working in a small dynamic team. Strong communication and presentation skills are a must.
