This industry leader is seeking an experienced Credit Officer for their Penrith based site. Thsi role will require an individual that is highly motivated, self reliant and proactive. Your impecable communication skills and customer service, will ensure that interaction with internal and external departments develop strong, lasting relationships. This role is extremely hands on and will require you to handle all aspects of your ledger from opening of new accounts to collection of debts.

Reporting to the Credit Manager your main tasks will be;

• Management of own ledger (for one division)
• Putting customers on stop orders and releasing
• Conduct credit references
• Management of rebates and statements
• Assisting Credit Manager with NSW ledger
• Negotiation of payments & account reconciliations
• DSO reporting and monitoring
• Liaision with internal and external customers

To be considered for this role you must have solid Credit experience and have a stable job history. You will have at least 5 years credit control experience, be highly driven and able to work autonomously. ERP system use is desirable.
