Our company has an opportunity for a Residential Housing Designer to join our small, yet busy firm.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Liaising with clients
• Adaptive use of existing buildings
• Design and documentation of new dwellings
• DA and CC preparation and documentation
• Management of junior staff members

Candidates will need to have:

• Auto Cad experience
• General experience in dealing with council and clients
• Hands on experience approach
• Strong conceptual skills with excellent design capabilities
• Good knowledge of BCA and Australian Standards

Package will be negotiable depending on skills and experience.
