MYOB Accounts/ Administration Assistant

 



An opportunity has become available within a small office in Peakhurst. Specialising in electrical services, they are ideally seeking a part-time admin/accounts all rounder.
  • Flexible Hours
  • Part Time - 2-3 Days a Week
More specifically, being a part-time role, the individual will be required to work 2-3days per week. There is flexibility with the hours and days although it is preferable of a 9am-3pm shift.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Order entry and invoicing
  • Data entry
  • Accounts payable and receivables
  • Wages
To be successful you must have the following:
  • Sound understanding of MYOB
  • Proven administrative / accounts experience
  • Good written and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
