Manufacturing a diverse range of tooling and components our client is seeking a relatively mature hands-on Toolmaker that will be pivotal in progressing the company to their next stage of growth.
You will:
- Be an Australian qualified Toolmaker or Fitter & Machinist
- Have undoubted, easily qualified and accountable skills in all aspects of manual machining, CNC and bench work
- Have a flair for design, (specifically with MasterCam)
- Have ability to supervise, manage, quote and effect cost effective output
- Be highly motivated, reliable and show initiative
This is a 2IC role where along side your hands-on ability in the workshop, you will be required to liaise with customers and suppliers on a daily basis. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are therefore requisite as is a high level of computer literacy.
Remuneration will be discussed at the time of interview and be directly aligned with your qualifications and experience.
