We currently have a unique opportunity for an experienced and driven Case Manager to work at Norwest Business Park in an onsite role with one of our Brokers. In this position you will act as an ambassador for QBE, taking a collaborative approach to your working relationships, providing end to end claims management and achieving consistent outcomes.
The team consists of Case Managers, a Service Manager and has administrative support from the Parramatta office.
The QBE Connect Case Management model involves face to face contact with stakeholders through case conferencing, claims reviews and on site visits. You will need to adhere to set timeframes, ensure compliance with all legislative codes and company policies and enter accurate information on all claims onto our database. In addition, QBE offers one of the lowest caseloads in the industry which enables you to comfortably meet all your required objectives while providing quality case management to our clients and injured workers.
To succeed in this role you will be an experienced Workers Compensation professional (with recent experience in an Agent or a Self-insurer) and will demonstrate an empathetic and supportive attitude. You will enjoy managing challenging and sensitive situations to a satisfying outcome, have a flexible attitude, and be motivated to deliver superior results to your clients. Ideally you will also have an Allied Health, Legal, OH&S or Business qualification.
