The organisation Our client specialises in business support and accounting recruitment and has many offices nationally. During the recent downturn Parramatta has proven to be key to their success and a real sales hub of activity - they have taken market share from their competitors! Supported by a larger listed company, they have developed a culture of account management and thorough servicing of long term clients. They have a known brand, good processes and a great team and are looking to expand their Parramatta branch. The opportunity They are looking for experienced recruitment consultants, either with generalist, business support or accounting experience, to join their team: • One role will take over an existing temp desk of 40 temps where you will pick up client relationships, manage a temp pool as well as further develop the business • The other role is "colder" however still very rewarding for an experienced recruiter. You will act on leads as well as use your network to bring in new business What you will need You will need to be an experienced recruitment consultant with at least 3 years experience, and long tenure in each of your positions. Being activity focused, and business savvy you will be able to show consistent billing success. Account management experience for both roles is also key so you move these accounts from transactional to account management and thus key clients. This client will give you the responsibility and accountability for a client that you may be looking for, and the support you will need. They can also provide a level of security to you that they have grown through these tough times.
