Medical Receptionist/Secretary

  • Our client is a respected Specialist Practice located in Sydney West. They currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Medical Receptionist/Secretary.

    This position involves meeting and greeting patients, booking appointments, data entry, cash/credit card receipting, drafting and typing of correspondence, filing, billing and hospital bookings.
     
    To be successful you will need to be highly organised with exceptional customer service skills. You will also need to possess first-rate attention to detail, experience of working within a private specialist practice and enjoy a fast paced working environment. You will be expected to be able to work unsupervised but will have full support from the team.
     
    Previous use of Bluechip/Shexie would be an advantage.
