A competent and experienced Service manager is required for a busy Service Centre located within the heart of the South West Sydney region.
With relevant diesel qualifications, you will be experienced in modern workshop operations and will display outstanding people management abilities. You will be firm but fair, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to coach and develop your team.
As a manager, you will be responsible for ensuring ????? ????? operation of the truck serving team, maintaining a high level of customer service whilst ensuring ????? ????? control.
The desire for continuous improvement and the ability to operate autonomously are essential requirements for this position.
You will take charge of all the workshop activities, daily work schedules, and workshop personnel to ensure quality and delivery targets are met.
