Based in the inner western suburbs of Sydney, our client has complex manufacturing ????? ????? a fast paced environment, with locations worldwide they are able to offer exposure to leading edge technology and processes.

As a Process Improvement Engineer you will have the drive to develop and implement continuous improvement plans directly related to and focused around plant manufacturing. Through your ability to successfully conduct trials and analyze data you will ensure process inefficiencies are minimized and appropriate plans are in place to maximise output and production. With your excellent communication skills, both oral and written, you will develop sustainable operating standards, procedures and improve the fault finding abilities of process operators. 

As an individual you will be a degree qualified mechanical engineer with up to five years experience in a complex manufacturing ????? ????? Australia. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, also being results focused and a determined engineer who strives to succeed and is able to adapt to changing environments. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, being able to relate to people across all levels of the company.
