This is a varied and busy operations role based in Sydney West. My client is looking for an adaptable, self motivated and proactive individual with sound problem solving, time management and organisational skills, as well as the ability to prioritise and achieve immediate and long term goals.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing training for all staff within the business unit
- Setting the future strategic direction for the business unit
- Increasing customer retention
- Developing, implementing and achieving sales plans and customer service strategies
- Commercial negotiations
- Building successful client and vendor relationships and contributing to ongoing business growth
To be considered for this role you must have:
- An intelligent approach to business
- Strong knowledge and experience of the state and national transport industry
- Strong selling and financial skills
- The ability to work in a team
- Proven staff management skills
