    Customer care is the number one concern of this Company, so you must demonstrate a real passion for delivering ????? ?????. With responsibility for a portfolio of clients, the role is varied and will involve product enquiries, pricing confirmations, availability and delivery queries. You will also be responsible for processing orders, setting up new clients, chasing up deliveries with your third party provider, invoicing and actioning returns and credits.

    Fabulous communication and excellent customer service and administration skills are essential. Whilst not a call ????? ?????, you must have a brilliant phone manner and be experienced in dealing with high volume calls and juggling multiple tasks. Any experience with SAP or other similar systems will be very highly regarded.
