Senior Legal Officer - 12 month contract; part-time, 2 days

You will have extensive experience in providing high level expert policy and compliance advice in a Government setting. You will be able to contribute actively to this small collegiate team whilst working largely unsupervised.

As such, in this role you will provide and present complex legal and legal policy research results, evaluation and analysis internally and externally as required (in a simple and accurate manner). In order to do so, you will have a demonstrated ability to research, critically analyse policy and advise at a high level. It will be important to remain up-to-date with any changes in order to remain on top of all interjurisdictional issues.

The role will also require you to have an indepth understanding of the Commonwealth prescription processes in relation to relevant sections of Trade Practices, ASIC and Corporations Law.
