You will be given complete autonomy in this role, work will consist of M&A, private and listed, ASX compliance issues, corporate law and business structuring. The office is a smaller office of a larger National practice and as such can offer a culture with all the resources of a larger firm, but with the small firm environment.
Ideally you will already be at another established commercial firm and have demonstrated the ability to run a transaction from start to finish alone whilst managing more junior lawyers. In return you will be offered an excellent salary with genuine promotional opportunities. KS41888
