Business Analyst

  • We are looking for Business Analyst ideally with experience within Contact Centres and IVR technologies to work with the Business in determining the requirements, BPMN, IVR process models, data models, and other Project Delivery Framework deliverables for the duration of this critical IVR project. The suitable candidate would have had experience in infrastructure projects and have experiences in technical type business analysis activities in structured, complex environments.

    Other required skills and experience includes: CRM implementation experience, system integration experience, technical BA techniques (BPMN, UML, data, etc), strong BA method background, worked in structured environments with organisational analysis methods. Excellent presentation an communication skills with a good engagement style.
