As a result of continued growth we have an exciting opportunity for a Snr Psychologist to join our Sydney team. Based in Parramatta you will assist to manage our psychological services across greater Sydney metropolitan area.
Duties will include:
- managing a portfolio of claims
- conducting specialised psychological assessments
- providing assistance to the team in managing psychological injury cases
- providing mentoring & training to the team
- providing consultancy services to customers (EAP, health & well being, training)
- provide drug & alcohol management programs
Essential criteria:
- Qualifications as a Registered Psychologist
- Minimum 2 years experience in related environment
- Experience managing psychological injuries or conditions
- Experience supporting professional teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal & report writing skills
- A strong understanding of, and focus on, business & customer needs
- You must be a dynamic, highly motivated self-starter
- Strong computer literacy
