On offer is a full time chef position in a busy hotel Bistro.
We are seeking qualified applicants who have previous experience working in a bistro environment.
This is a ‘hands on’ cooking position and requires good organisational & management skills, with the ability to work calmly under pressure. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and a passion for cooking!
Shared responsibilities include ordering, stock control, staff supervision, staff training, general day to day kitchen management & organisation.
A permanent roster of 40-45 hours per week, will include weekend & night shifts. Some flexibility may be required for special events or functions.
Salary range of $45-$50k, dependant on experience & suitability for the position.
