We currently have two fantastic opportunities with two leading National Rehab providers. Each is currently seeking experienced redeployment consultants to move into Team Leader/Principal consulting roles. Bases of the roles are in and .

As a member of this successful redeployment team you will be managing a portfolio of workers compensation files and assisting clients with job seeking strategies, redeployment and skill enhancement.

Responsibilities:

• Guide and support the redeployment team of Rehab Counselors & Psychologists
• Hiring ????? ?????: Interviewing, induction, training
• File reviewing
• Performance appraisal and management
• Weekly meetings with your team
• Monthly meetings with the Directing Managers
• Case management under WorkCover legislation
• One off assessments, e.g. VOC’s, S40s etc.
• Reduced caseload and reduced billable hours

You will have:

• Min. 3 years redeployment occupational rehab experience.
• Proven track record of providing employment assistance, job seeking and client placement and dealings of negotiation & conflict resolution
• Rehab Counsellor or Psychologist Qualifications essential.
• Client service focuses with strong communication skills.
