Our client is a leading multi-national high volume manufacturer with a reputation for quality and world class manufacturing ????? ?????.
Due to a restructure they are now looking to employ an experienced Engineering ????? ????? join their leadership team.
Your main responsibility will be to manage all engineering ????? ????? activities across the plant whilst driving an environment and culture of predictive/preventative maintenance.
You will lead a team of experienced tradespeople across a multi shift high volume operation, have full responsibility for both R&M and capital budgets and lead the way when it comes to implementing the latest techniques in plant reliability and maintenance.
To be successful in the race for this rare and exciting opportunity you will either be degree or trade qualified in an engineering ????? ?????, have a proven track record in leading multi skilled engineering ????? ????? teams in a high volume continuous manufacturing ????? ?????.
You will also be known as a change agent in terms of setting up and driving preventative/predictive maintenance programs together with training and instilling these philosophies throughout the team.
Your second to none communication and leadership skills will hold you in good stead for this challenging and highly rewarding role.
