Key Account / Customer Service Manager

  • Working from the Western Suburbs based office, you will be responsible for the end-to-end regional customer service function (Australia, Japan and India) for a major blue chip client as well as the daily management of 4 direct reports (2 local, 2 overseas)...  

    As Key Accounts / Customer Service, you will own and control all stock ordering ????? ????? through to delivery, including artwork and design management, customer and corporate reporting and will be responsible for all supplier / vendor relationships including relationships with freight providers and offshore suppliers...  

    Your responsibilities will include: 

    • 1st line client contact and achievement of all requests including change, projects, administration, invoicing, stock management / manufacture etc  
    • Ensuring all client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Pricing Agreements are upheld
    • Daily, weekly and monthly reporting (KPI, SLA, Complaints and Management etc)
    • End to end management of the order process including troubleshoot requests, issues and escalation as required 
    • Management of order expectations, customer order status and maintenance of customer work in progress (WIP)
    • Ownership of  the associated supplier relationships and the management of all contact relating to their daily operational activity
    • Coordination of service review meetings to ensure all deliverables to the client are met
    • Preparation of Purchase Orders, all order entry and despatch specifications until point of delivery including reconciliation of all paperwork including invoicing and hand-over to finance of info 
    • Daily meetings / communication with clients, suppliers and internal departments on matters of requests, order progress and problem management

    The ideal candidate:

    • Strong ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, work under pressure and maintain optimum customer service at all times
    • Minimum 5 years experience in a related Key Account Management of Customer Service role
    • Experience in smart card/card manufacture or personalisation bureau an advantage  
    • Project management and production experience
    • Sound knowledge of basic accounting procedures - MYOB experience preferred
    • Strong analytical skills and be competent in generating and analysing reports
    • Computer literate must  have solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications  (includes excel and powerpoint)
