One of Australia's leading Financial Services organisations currently have numerous positions within their Life Insurance Client Services business.
This role will primarily be phone based and you will be the first point of contact for all Clients including Financial Planners. You will handling queries regarding retail life products, due to this you will be required to have at least 1 years Life Insurance experience. You will be providing factual information not advice and there is no sales!!
To be successful in this position you will have previous contact centre experience within a busy environment and have the ability to work well within a team. You will also possess the ability to meet set targets and have first rate communication skills.
