Outbound Service Representative

Afternoon Shift 5pm - 9pm

Are you looking for a role to fit in with your lifestyle?
Initially we will be recruiting 15 temporary roles working afternoon shift based in Parramatta. Your day to day responsibility will be to contact customers who are in collections and handle the call ????? ?????. Working on a dialler you will contact customers to negotiate account and manage simple transactions. Training will be provided.
If you are a stand out performer you may be considered for future permanent or contract opportunities that will become available into the New Year.
From you we will be looking for:
Demonstrated outstanding customer service skills ensuring ????? ????? customer experience
Superior communication skills
A great attitude
Commitment for a minimum of 2 months
Availability to work from 5pm - 9pm from Monday to Friday
