The Company
Established for 20 years with a turnover of $18m my client is a highly successful commercial fitout contractor. They have a track record in government and private sector fitout jobs and have much repeat custom. Employing their own trades ensures they can guarantee quality and offer more competitive pricing to their clients.
The Role
This is a newly created role and offers excellent career opportunities for the right person. Currently all administration is handled by PMs and the State Manager, due to growth we are looking for a Contracts Manager to look after all contractual and commercial matters.
We are looking for a candidate that is dynamic and ambitious with excellent knowledge of contracts administration and strong work ethic. You will take responsibility for the administration of contracts for around 7 projects including government work. We are looking for the following skills and experience:
5+ years experience as a Contracts Administrator
Excellent knowledge of contract law
Experience gained in fitout ideally
Knowledge of GC21 contracts is a bonus
Timberline and estimating experience is also viewed favorably
