This industry leading building contractor requires a building estimator to spearhead multi million dollar projects and inspire growth & development.

A position has become available for an Estimator who has previous Buildsoft estimating experience working on Commercial, Retail & Hospitality projects valued up to $40,000,000

Reporting to the Estimating Manager the successful Estimator will be responsible for the full bidding process of accurate estimation of costs and preparation of tender documentation for the submission to potential clients.

Main duties for the position will include the preparation of enquiry documents, sourcing and selection of sub contractor quotations, calculation of site management and preliminary costs, contract appraisal and final negotiations.
