Developing a great reputation in the industry and having been active in the market for over 20 years. Our client is a diverse Construction Company who specialises in general construction and interior fit - outs.
Typical projects range from hard dollar D+C and high end office, retail, commercial and industrial fit outs.
Due to the increase of tendered projects and on-going government developments under construction my client is now after a Senior Contracts Administrator with the minimum of 8 years construction experience. Ideally having come from a reputable organisation the right candidate must have successfully managed contracts for commercial projects to the value of $5Mil+.
The salary is open for negotiations but is based around the $100 - $110K total package inclusive of a base, super and allowances (to be negotiated).
