Requirements:

Estimator

         Reporting to the Commercial Manager.
         A sound understanding and working knowledge of construction methodologies.
         At least five years estimating experience in the civil construction industry.
         Sub-divisions, earthworks, storm water and road works estimating experience.
         Previous experience with estimating & earthwork packages.
         Strong negotiation and communication skills (both written and verbal)
