My client is a worldwide leader in diesel engines covering ????? ????? including; defence, marine, mining, oil and gas, power generation and rail.
As the On Highway Supervisor, you will be required understand customers concerns and ensure satisfaction is achieved, thus ensuring ????? ????? is achieved.
Key duties:
- Ensure all employees work in a safe and efficient manner
- Ensure workshop operates within budget requirements, both sales and expenses
- Maintain healthy customer relations with the intent of continually growing the business
- Take ownership and responsibility for on highway filed service breakdowns and after hours call-outs
- Provide immediate notification to branch manager of any activity that will have a major effect on financial results
- Manage expenses in the workshop to ensure compliance with budget
- Ensure workshop housekeeping is maintained to a minimum standard
- Complete a daily labour plan in conjunction with other supervisors to ensure full utilisation of labour
