You must be committed to providing exceptional customer service as this position requires someone with outstanding communication and corporate presentation. You will be required to work from 12:30pm to 6:00pm Monday to Friday and some weekends occasionally to cover annual leave.  Please note this is a 12 month contract, maternity leave position.
 
Responsibilities will include:
 
  • Answering a busy switchboard
  • Meeting and greeting customers, corporate visitors, and suppliers
  • Announcing customers to staff
  • General administration
  • Overseeing the smooth running of the reception area
 
The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good MS Office skills: Word & Excel
  • Professional phone manner
  • Mature attitude and ability to deal with a range of clientele
  • Immaculate presentation and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to show initiative and work within a team environment
