The Business - is a premium and niche provider of GP and cosmetic services, with operations in Parramatta and the City fringe.

The Role - is newly created and will be responsible for transforming the operation. This will involve redefining and implementing standardised procedures and processes to ensure the ongoing delivery of ultimate customer satisfaction to a discerning and repeat patient base. As a small business, even the General Manager will be very hands on.

Key Activities - will include:

- Developing and implementing standard operating procedures across both sites
- Developing KPIs to successfully identify the required business management decisions to achieve optimal business outcomes
- Managing the day to day operations of the practice
- Overseeing patient records, appointments and recalls
- Ensuring ????? ????? of clinic and office consumables
- Negotiating with suppliers to ensure best price and service
- Managing daily cash-flow/basic accounts/checking supplier invoices
- Diary management of the Principle Physician
- Facilities management
- Recruiting, training and developing staff
- Organising internal marketing and ensuring ????? ????? information
- Promoting the business with aligned business in the area

Impeccable presentation and communication is absolutely critical to your success in this role. Previous experience managing a team in a hands on customer focused business is essential as are solid PC skills. Any experience with MYOB will be highly regarded.
