Located in the Western Suburbs, these positions are great opportunities for you to join fun and friendly teams as their Receptionist. These roles present you with opportunity to further extend your abilities and offer a variety of day to day tasks! Never a dull moment! As the Receptionist in this role you will be: - Answering ????? ????? all incoming calls
- Email correspondence
- Organising mail outs
- Assisting Management with general correspondence
- Organising and booking accommodation, conference rooms, couriers, Taxis etc
- Photocopying, filing & general office duties as required
- Assisting accounts department
As the Receptionist for this role you must have: - Excellent customer service & phone manner
- A bright, bubbly outgoing personality
- Outstanding communication & presentation skills
- Minimum 2 years local experience in similar role
- Basic accounts experience
- Microsoft Office knowledge including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of SAP
- A "can do" attitude
- Own Transport a must!
