The successful candidate will be responsible for the recruitment, placement, induction and retention of Apprentices and Cadets participating in ICT whole-of-government entry-level Programs. This position will require interstate travel.
The Department of Finance and Deregulation requires that applicants be Australian citizens and are prepared to undertake a security clearance. Starting salaries will be within the range specified for the APS level and will depend on experience. Total potential remuneration packages include salary, superannuation and a maximum potential performance bonus. Positions in the Senior Executive Service include provision for a motor vehicle allowance. The superannuation component reflects the average cost of Finance's contribution for its employees under the PSS, CSS and PSSap superannuation schemes. Relocation assistance may be negotiated for interstate candidates.
