SUB FOREMAN
The Client: For over 20 years our client has specialised in the Design + Construct of projects valuing from $5Mil - $30Mil, Commercial, Educational, Institutional and Health Sectors. They have built up a number of strong business partnerships which have been successful in completing turn-key projects.
Requirements;
- 5 years Leading Hand / Sub-Foreman experience
- Extensive commercial projects experience
- Managed sections in construction sites to the value of $5Mil+
- Dynamic, able to multi task and has extensive knowledge of building programmes
Position Location and Head Office: The first project will be located in one of the 5 commercial projects on-the-go ranging from locations like Sydney's South and Far West and across the board around the Metropolitan regions.
Salary / Culture / Rewards: The salary will be around the $90K - $100K package and will assessed through experience. Allowances, site and vehicle will also be open for negotiation.
