Constructing numerous projects to the value of $10 - $20Mil, they have successfully constructed commercial, aged care, hospitality, industrial, residential and community/government all across Sydney.

 

Requirements

  • 7 years+ Contract Administration experience.
  • Degree or Trade qualification desired.
  • Experience in accounting packages like CHEOPS or Jobpac.
  • Experience and strong knowledge of procurement and cost plans/reports.
  • Successfully worked on projects valuing up to $10M.
  • Strong commercial contracts experience.
  • Client liaison & negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record for working for reputable companies.
