Contracts Administrator - West Sydney Location - 5+ yrs experience - $110K Salary

An award winning privately owned contractor, they have an established office based West of Sydney and have continued servicing and constructing turn key projects around the region.
Contracts Administrator
The person my client seeks for is an experienced Contracts Administrator with the necessary tertiary qualifications. At least the minimum 5 yrs experience in commercial, the successful candidate must be proficient in accounting packages and have the knowledge and experience with assisting a project manager in construction programming and managing head contracts.
Position Description
The position will be office based with the possibility of onsite visits, reporting directly to a Project Manager you will be in charge and not limited to the following;
- Procurement
- Management of Head and Sub Contracts
- Cost Planning
- Sub Letting
- Management of project in the absence of the Project Manager
Salary & Bonuses
The salary will be open for negotiation and will be assessed through experience. Typical package will be Base + Super but allowances can also be negotiated. Bonuses and salary reviews are already in place annually.Career development is also backed by K.P.Is and an established development programme for a Contract Administrator to fast track a career to Project Management.
