Kitchen Supervisor – Balyana
- FT 38 hours per week
- Flexibility required - core hours Monday to Friday, some weekend and evening work
The Kitchen supervisor will be responsible for all aspects of cooking and catering ????? ????? the Balyana Conference Centre and its residents.
You will have:
- Ability to deliver high quality cooking and catering ????? ?????
- A creative approach to food and the ability to develop new ideas
- Proven experience with managing menu development, costing and supplier pricing to meet budget
- Ability to effectively supervise and train others
- Sound knowledge of HACCP, Food Act, Food Industry regulations, Codes and legislation
- Sound knowledge of OHS legislation
- Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and other IT programmes
- Strong organisational, time management and customer service skills
- Current Driver’s licence
- National Police Clearance
Cook – Panorama
- Casual
- Flexibility required – core hours Saturdays and Sundays, some work Monday to Friday
The Cook will be responsible for food preparation and service meeting HACCP guide lines for the Bedford Cafe, Bedford Bingo and Bedford Catering ????? ?????.
You will have:
- Ability to deliver a high standard for food preparation
- Sound money handling and record keeping skills
- Sound knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety regulations and legislation
- Sound knowledge of OHS, particularly within hospitality
- Ability to use basic Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and other IT programmes
- Ability to effectively supervise and train others
- Strong organisational, time management and customer service skills
- Current Driver’s licence
- National Police Clearance
