A regional municipality with a track record of striving for the best possible planning outcomes, this Local Authority is currently seeking a Statutory Planner in a Team leadeing capacity to join their established team and to take their planning career to the next level.

• Reporting to the Planning Manager your main responsibilities will be:
• Preparing ????? ????? high quality town planning assessment reports and documents covering ????? ????? range of statutory planning matters
• Undertaking investigation and research of planning issues to support planning reports
• Liaison with local community groups and developers
• Mentoring ????? ????? of junior level planners

Ideally you will be:

• Tertiary qualified in planning
• Experienced within a planning environment in Victoria (advantageous)
• Happy to work in a team environment
• A steady worker under pressure
• A good verbal and written communicator
• Possess good customer service skills as well as being polite and courteous in nature
