My Client is a well renowned, multi national FMCG company located in the South West of Sydney and they need a talented and experienced Customer Service Officer to join their dynamic team! Customer service is the heart and soul of this company and if you're passionate about providing the highest standard of service, then we want you!!
This role is a contract role can be ongoing for the right candidate. Offering ????? ????? great team environment, parking facilities onsite and competitive hourly rates this role would suit someone from an FMCG background.
The role will include duties such as:
Accurate data entry of orders ensuring ????? ????? and information correct
Ensuring ????? ????? placed and delivered in full and on time
Maintaining the EDI and i2 customer profile
Advising Customers on stocks and availability dates
Processing the release of back orders inclusive of advising the customers
Processing and assisting the despatch team in the investigation of short deliveries
Processing and assisting the despatch team to arrange customer returns
The successful applicant must have previous Customer Service experience for an FMCG company or an environment where there are products in and products out, proven problem solving skills, intermediate level skills with all MS Office packages, strong Customer Service and Logistics knowledge, EDI knowledge would be an advantage but not essential.
