    Health Information Network (HIN) is a single service formed from the aggregation of ICT areas across WA Health. HIN's vision is to be recognised as a first-class provider of quality ICT services which will enable the efficient delivery of accessible and affordable health care for all West Australians. An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a Corporate Services professional to join this new and dynamic team, offering ????? ????? chance to play an integral part in rolling out this vision across the organisation.
     
    As the Director of Corporate Services you will lead the HIN Corporate Service team to ensure the delivery of effective and timely support services; including the management of contractual, human resource, administrative, budgetary and financial matters. You will be responsible for liaising with staff and stakeholders (both internal and external to the HIN) on financial and human resource management issues and you will take a leadership role in the development and implementation of HIN policies and operational plans.
     
    Critical attributes required for this role include a proven record facilitating strategic and divisional planning in a complex health environment as well as providing strategic financial and human resource management services in such a context.  You will have a demonstrated ability to lead change implementation and your record of excellence in the management of physical and financial resources will be highly regarded. Strong negotiating, influencing and people management skills   and the ability to deal with considerable levels of complexity will also be essential.
