Process Operator
Woodchem Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Process Operator in the Production Area of its plant at Oberon. The incumbent will initially operate on 38 hour per week day shift, moving to 12 hour shifts once training has been completed.
Key attributes required include:
Strong mechanical aptitude;
A keen desire to actively participate in establishing and maintaining safe work practices and procedures, whilst achieving housekeeping and environmental standards;
Good communication skills (oral, listening and written);
Initiative and self motivation to maintain high standards in safety, quality, and customer service;
A desire to learn & apply new skills;
The willingness to accept a continuously changing and developing work environment;
Commitment to being part of a small team;
Ability to monitor, analyse and act;
Sound Computer Skills
