Cafe Manager
We require the services of a talented individual with a penchant for coffee, food and wine as well as a love of all things hospitality. The role involves the nurturing ????? ????? of a new and quickly expanding business. Applicants must be prepared to lead a team, liaise with the owners and head chef and be adept in personal relations. We pride ourselves on attention to detail and insist on the highest level of service and quality product. We are looking for the right person for our venue and the position is flexible depending on your level of experience, motivation, intelligence, charisma, wit and sass.
The successful applicant will have extensive experience in the following areas:
· Customer service
· Coffee making and knowledge
· Wine service and knowledge
· Food service and knowledge
· Cash management and banking
· Stock control and ordering
· Computer literacy
In addition we seek an individual motivated to take on the following tasks.
- Human resources including recruitment, training and management.
- Customer relations
- Marketing
- Function management
- Data analysis
- Financial reporting
