You will lead Business Sales Representatives, a predominantly phone base role to achieve sales targets and business objectives. The team service customers from small to medium enterprise, to big business across the region. Sales are from basic business communications to complex whole of business solutions.
You will provide coaching and mentoring ????? ????? and optimise both individual and team capability, identifying roadblocks that impact performance, and resolving issues as appropriate.
The right candidate will have attributes such as tenacity, enthusiasm, professionalism and ability to think strategically. You will have proven experience in a strategic sales environment. Additionally, you will be able to demonstrate your strong business acumen and desire to win and drive business performance. A sound knowledge in telecommunications is advantageous but not essential.
